    Coronectomy of mandibular third molars with computer-assisted navigated system: A case report

    The present case report describes a successful surgical case of coronectomy of a fully impacted lower third molar in close relationship with the Inferior Alveolar Nerve (IAN) that was trapped in the furcation roots of the lower third molar.
